Four albums, four chart number ones. Poets of the Fall gone wild.

Poets of the Fall squeezes their all three albums to Finland's chart
number one within few years. The fourth album is continuing the path of
its predecessor. Twilight Theater went straight to number one on the
album chart.
Journalists have a tendency to define the music of Poets of the Fall
vaguely as pop-rock.
- I'd rather define the previous album as rock, but compared to that
Twilight Theater is a return to the pop-rock category, thinks the POTF
front figure Marko Saaresto.
-There are many different feelings on the album. And a great deal of
peace. I was the one who was trying to squeeze in more fast tempo songs,
but they didn't suit the whole this time, Saaresto relays. (...)
Host: NRJ Live, the last day of March, good evening also to all radio listeners. At the moment the situation is as follows. We're at a studio in Lauttasaari [an area in Helsinki], at the lobby and next to me is a band named Poets of the Fall which has recently released a new album. Marko Saaresto, the lead singer of the band, how are you doing?
Marko: Thanks, I'm doing just fine. At this point I would like to tell all the listeners that Poets of the Fall translates into Finnish as "Payazzo of the Waterfall".
Host: This sounds surprisingly accurate. Your fourth album Twilight Theater went straight to the top of Finland's chart and it sold gold. How do you feel about that?
Marko: I'm feeling really good about it. Thank you everyone who has come here and everyone out there who have purchased the album. This is totally your doing. (...)
Interviewer: Poets of the Fall did it again
just like with its earlier albums. With this album, Twilight Theater,
the band has risen to number one on Finland's Official Album Chart.
Welcome Marko Saaresto and Olli Tukiainen. Marko, once again a number
one placement. Is this success making you dizzy? Marko: Well,
it feels really great and if it makes me dizzy, I'll allow it.
Interviewer: Now is the time to enjoy it. Marko:
Yes, the time for that is now. (...)
Twilight Theater goes straight to #1 on the official Finnish album chart!! And not only that - we just heard the album has sold gold in just one week. We are pretty much speechless, but luckily can still type a big big THANK YOU!
Also apologies to Russian fans coming to see us this week: due to the album being out of stock at the moment (and the CD printing machines running too slow), we are unable to sell our CDs on the gigs. But no worries, Twilight Theater will be released in Russia in the very near future!
